Firstly, start by going directly to https://nashmarkets.com/
Hover your mouse over Platforms then MetaTrader4 or click here
Open the file download to start installing MT4
Select NashMarkets-Live and then click Next.
Select Existing Trade Account.
Enter the MetaTrader account details from the email that you received when you created an MT4 account.
Click the Finish button.
Wait a few moments for everything to load. Once loaded you will see your account on the left!
