When you are on the MT platform and you receive a No Connection error, please follow the instructions below:
Click on File then Login to Trade Account.
Then you will need to enter:
- Your MT account number.
- Your MT password.
- Delete the original text from the Server selection then input the following text:
- For MT4: mt4.nashmarkets.com
For MT5: mt5.nashmarkets.com
Once you have completed the steps, you should then be logged in to our servers!
